    Global Shipping & Delivery At Fun Frequency, we provide reliable worldwide shipping. To ensure transparency, all shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

    Shipping Rates Structure Our base shipping rates are categorized by region (starting price for the first item):

    • Asia: Economy rates (Calculated at checkout).
    • Europe: Starting from $15 USD.
    • North America: Starting from $20 USD.
    • Additional Items: For orders with multiple items, our system will automatically calculate the incremental shipping weight/volume and display the final total at checkout.

    Order Processing & Delivery Time

    • Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
    • Transit Time: 7-14 Business Days (Depending on destination).
    • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Returns & Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products that are in New and Unused condition with original packaging.

    Return Period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

    • Return Shipping Fee: For non-defective products, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
